In some cases, a pool heater can be installed and up and running without any adjustments. But certain configurations, including indoor use, require pool owners to put a little more work into installing and adapting their pool heater. The reason for this is safety. Pool heaters that operate indoors are unable to vent emissions in the same way they would outside, risking an unsafe buildup of emissions.

The R0499603 Indoor Draft Hood has been designed use with Jandy Legacy LRZE and LRZM 250K BTU heaters when they are operated indoors.

Each pool heater will require unique venting to be sure it is safe for indoor operation. The R0499603 Indoor Draft Hood is designed for use only with Jandy Legacy LRZE and LRZM 250K BTU Heaters.

Jandy makes it easy to convert your pool heater for indoor use. With the right parts onhand, your pool technician will be able to install the indoor draft hood and have your heater ready for indoor operation in no time.
