All products sold by Toronto Pool Supplies carry a manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe that you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information package with your products. Please contact us if you need assistance with your warranty claim.
Toronto Pool Supplies does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Toronto Pool Supplies expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, damage, or cost (including labor) of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item sold. In no event shall Toronto Pool Supplies or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. This applies to all situations however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), and strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages that are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law.
The maximum liability to you for the products purchased from Toronto Pool Supplies shall be limited to the purchase price you have paid for the product.
Products purchased through www.torontopoolsupplies.ca are expected to be installed by a professional pool service technician. Any attempt to install pool equipment by anyone who is not qualified pool technician shall immediately void warranty on the purchased product. In case of return or warranty claim proof of installation by a certified technician (invoice or receipt from a pool service company) will be required along with your return/warranty request in order for return or warranty to be processed.
Products are eligible for returns for 15 days after delivery. Call us at 416 623 9334 for assistance. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return item back to us; the returned item must be received in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. Products must be returned in “like new” condition in the original packaging; including warranty cards and ALL owners’ manuals to be returned.
Spa covers, Chemicals, Paint, Water Features, Water Accents, Heater Components & Parts, Electronic and digital components and well as “Custom” orders are not refundable; please call for details.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns without a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or orders you refuse at the time of delivery will result in your credit being delayed or denied. You will be required to provide your RMA number, the product you are wishing to return, the reason you are wishing to return the product and a photo of the product to prove quality.
You should expect us to process your refund 3-5 business days after we receive the retuned good. We are not responsible for the time it may take your time to process your refund.
Please also note that we are unable to credit you shipping charges.
NOTE: Liners have a 40% restocking fee. Custom liners are final sales. Custom Orders are final sales.
Order Cancellations and Changes
For the benefit of our customers, we strive to process orders as soon as possible. As such, orders may be shipped from our warehouse for fulfilment almost immediately after they are placed. Due to difficulty of finding orders during the order fulfilment process, we are unable to make changes and/or cancellations once they have reached processing.
We ask that the clients review orders carefully prior to submission. In case a cancellation is required please contact us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood that we are able to stop your order from leaving order processing to warehouse fulfilment. Please note that although we will do our best, we are not able to provide such a guarantee.
